The benchmark shows that the DG2 is more powerful than a GTX 1050, which makes it possible to play games on medium settings at 1080p.

Many leaks on the forthcoming Intel Xe-HPG DG2 series GPU modules have surfaced in the last few days. Some of them also give us a sneak peek at what Intel’s future GPU units would look like.
We’ve previously seen leaked information on the DG2-448 and DG-512, and just today a benchmark revealed leaked information about a new potential Intel GPU unit.
Geekbench previously published a testing result that showed an Intel DG2-256 GPU with a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz and 6.22 GB of RAM. In the same manner, another potential GPU was discovered. The other has a maximum frequency of 1.2 GHz and uses 96EU.
Both GPUs were tested using the Alder Lake CPU, which will be released later this year. The CPU was installed on an FCBGA 1744 socket, indicating that it might be a laptop. We had anticipated Intel combining Alder Lake-P with its DG2 series, and this reference provided more evidence.
According to the results of the benchmark test, the DG2-256 scores approximately 18450, which puts it on par with Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1050 in terms of performance. In terms of GeForce GTX 460 performance, the DG2-96 EU performs similarly.
The page was quickly taken down, but thanks to the VIDEOCARDZ team for being able to access to the details quickly enough for us to collect some information.
