It was one of those days in the hospital. You’re on a ventilator, so it’s hard to move around, and you can’t talk. You’re in a total lack of control. All of a sudden, you hear a voice from your monitor. It’s a nurse. She asks you what you’re doing on the ventilator, and you tell her that you’re waiting for an operation to be done. She frowns, then says that you should be dead, but you’re not. She then asks you who you are, and you tell her that you’re one of the people who helped build the hospital that you’re in.

You’ll find the mysterious weapon Dr. Mercy has been wielding after examining his corpse. Dr. Zed appears on the ECHO to tell you that this cool rifle is really an E-tech weapon. The gun is fueled by eridium and can do a lot of damage. While bullets are used in E-tech weaponry, the shot is generated in the form of laser bolts, plasma, or straight up beams. Dr. Mercy’s pistol, for example, shoots powerful laser bolts against opponents.
Dr. Zed wants you to test this weapon on the local bandit population to gain a better understanding of what it can accomplish. To conduct a proper test (if that’s what you can call it), you’ll need to kill 25 of them. Several psychos appear as soon as Zed gives you the mission. Start mowing them down with your E-tech weapon. Try not to use anything else to kill them since only the E-tech gun will count as a kill for the goal.

In Dr. Mercy’s lair, there won’t be enough foes. The Southpaw Steam and Power Plant is the place to go. The power plant may be found in the lair’s right tunnel. When you return to the valley, it will be right across from where you exited. Several bandits will be stationed at the plant’s entrance, providing enough kills to accomplish the mission.
Return to Dr. Zed for your prize, which includes an amazing E-tech handgun. You may also retain this expensive E-tech assault weapon by simply refusing to complete the mission. You’ll lose the experience, but you’ll have a kickass weapon in your possession. You’ll be happy with the outcomes in any case. Enjoy.
REWARD:
791 hours of experience
E-tech handgun is an item.

I have something to confess. I’m not a gamer. I’ve tried playing video games before, but I never liked them. I was able to get by in the first Borderlands, but 2 and 3 were too complicated, and I didn’t understand a lot of the game mechanics. The first Borderlands was more like watching a movie, I could understand what was going on, but I couldn’t do much to interact with the story..
